COLD -Store in the freezer for approximately 1 hour -Ideal for: reducing swelling, toothache, temporary relief of headache, reducing fevers
HOT MICROWAVE -Place the pack into microwave for approximate 30 seconds(if the pack is at room temperature) or 1 minute(if the pack is frozen) on high power *times are based on 600w microwave. Adjust heating times accordingly to suit the power of the microwave
HOT WATER -Bring the water to boil. Remove from heat and immerse the pack for approximately 4-10 seconds -Ideal for temporary relief of muscle aches and pains, back pains and menstrual cramps
